About us and acknowledgements

b-linux-user group is is based in South London, England. Our chief benefactor is Basis Volume Limited, however we are an autonomous organisation. Our wider group (over 40 strong) is committed to the implementation of Linux. We participate in:

Provision of free advice on Linux through our mailing list,
in Linux testing and evaluation for PC peripherals and devices,
n Linux device-driver development for PCI interfacing ASICs used in popular analogue data acquisition PCI cards,
book reviews.

Our (non-commercial) user group's website is http://www. b-lux.org is now over 6 years old. This site is the for-profit 'image' of the latter site. The website of our main sponsor Basis Volume is http://www.b-vol.com.
